Amanda J. McNaughton RMT

Amanda has been in the massage therapy profession for more than 13 years which included 7 years in a multidisciplinary clinic working alongside Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and other Massage Therapists.  After developing a passion for the business side of the massage therapy industry, Amanda chose to enrol in business classes at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.  She completed her Business Certificate with Distinction which facilitated the opening of AJM Fitness & Massage in 2019 offering massage therapy services and group fitness classes.

Amanda understands the benefits of massage therapy and staying active which led to an interest physical activity.  Wanting to help others live a healthy joyful life, she decided to get certified as a Kettlebell Kickboxing Canada Instructor and completed a Reiki Level 2 certification in 2019.  Amanda has a wealth of knowledge and skills that she has gained through education, research and personal experiences.  She continues to look for new learning opportunities and courses to advance her knowledge in pain management, movement and physical activity.  Primarily, Amanda uses a scientific based approach in her treatments but recognizes there is still a lot we do not know about the brain and body.  It is because of this believe that she began to offer the energy, healing technique of Reiki to her clients.
