Amanda J. McNaughton RMT

Amanda has been in the massage therapy profession for more than 13 years which included 7 years in a multidisciplinary clinic working alongside Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and other Massage Therapists.  After developing a passion for the business side of the massage therapy industry, Amanda chose to enrol in business classes at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.  She completed her Business Certificate with Distinction which facilitated the opening of AJM Fitness & Massage in 2019 offering massage therapy services and group fitness classes.

Amanda understands the benefits of massage therapy and staying active which led to an interest physical activity.  In an attempt to help others live a healthy joyful life, she became a Kettlebell Kickboxing Instructor in January 2019 and is currently working towards her provincial group fitness certification.  Amanda has a wealth of knowledge and skills that she has gained through education, research and personal experiences.  She continues to look for new learning opportunities and courses to advance her knowledge in pain management, movement and physical activity that is supported by evidence based science.

Amanda mission is to provide valuable services and client education in an environment that is both welcoming and inclusive. Her goal is to create a supportive space for each client and facilitate the development of positive habits, increase mobility, decrease pain and find balance within their lives
