
Amanda J. McNaughton RMT
Amanda has been in the massage therapy profession for more than 10 years which included 7 years in a multidisciplinary clinic working along side Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and other Massage Therapists. After developing a passion for the business side of the Massage Therapy industry, Amanda chose to enroll in business classes. She completed her Business Certificate with Distinction which facilitated the opening of AJM Fitness & Massage in 2019.
Amanda understands the benefits of massage therapy and staying active which led to an interest physical activity. In an attempt to help others live a healthy joyful life, she decided to become a Kettlebell Kickboxing Instructor in January 2019. Amanda has a wealth of knowledge with her Massage Therapy education which included classes in Anatomy, Pathology, Kinesiology, Physiology and Exercise Rehabilitation. Along with her years of experience in the Massage Industry she now has the added tools provided by the KBIA training program.
Currently, Amanda teaches Kettlebell Kickboxing Group Classes on top of a full time Massage Therapy practice. She continues to look for new learning opportunities and courses to advance her knowledge in pain management and physical activity that is supported by evidence based science. Amanda strives to provide a fun, safe and welcoming class environment for those looking to maintain a healthy weight, increase mobility, decrease pain or general health and fitness.
