Amanda J. McNaughton RMT
Amanda is the owner of AJM Fitness & Massage and a highly experienced massage therapist with nearly 20 years in the industry. Throughout her career, she has worked in multidisciplinary clinics alongside chiropractors, acupuncturists, physiotherapists, exercise therapists, and other massage therapists, gaining valuable insight into how healthcare professionals collaborate to support client health and recovery.
Amanda has a strong interest in physical activity and movement as part of long-term health and pain management. This led her to become a certified Kettlebell Kickboxing Canada Instructor and a Rock Steady Boxing Instructor, a program designed to support individuals living with Parkinson’s disease through exercise. Her background in fitness instruction continues to inform her understanding of movement, rehabilitation, and the role of physical activity in overall wellness.
Known for her thoughtful, research-driven approach to both business and client care, Amanda continually studies her profession and related healthcare fields to better understand pain management, physical activity, and long-term wellness. She prioritizes evidence-informed practice and ongoing professional development, focusing on strategies that support sustainable health rather than short-term trends.
Amanda holds a Business Certificate with Distinction from Saskatchewan Polytechnic and is currently completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Human Kinetics. She is passionate about creating inclusive, adaptable wellness services and is developing programs to support physical activity for individuals living with pain, injury, or chronic conditions.
With a wealth of knowledge gained through education, research, and experience, Amanda primarily uses a scientific, evidence-informed approach in her massage therapy treatments. At the same time, she recognizes that there is still much to learn about the brain and body, and values approaches that support relaxation and overall well-being. Inspired by positive experiences with energy-based techniques, she completed Reiki Level 1 & 2 certification and offers this option to clients who are interested in complementary wellness practices.

Brenden has been practicing massage therapy since 2021 after graduating from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies. From an early age, he had a strong interest in helping others and a fascination with how the human body works, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in massage therapy.
Brenden works with a wide range of clients, helping people manage pain, recover from injuries, and improve overall mobility and well-being. While he has a special interest in sports-related injuries and recovery, his practice supports individuals of all ages and activity levels, including youth athletes, active adults, and those seeking relief from everyday aches and tension.
Having experienced multiple injuries himself during years of playing football and hockey, Brenden understands firsthand how important proper rehabilitation and body maintenance are for returning to activity safely. This experience inspired him to pursue additional training in sports massage, including certification in pre- and post-event sports massage therapy.
Known for his approachable and down-to-earth personality, Brenden takes time to listen to his clients and understand their concerns and goals. His treatments focus on reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping clients feel and move better in their daily lives. In addition to massage therapy, Brenden offers complementary techniques such as kinesiology taping and cupping therapy when appropriate to support recovery and overall function.
Brenden continues to expand his knowledge through ongoing education and practical experience and is committed to providing thoughtful, effective care to every client he works with.
